Chesapeake Virginia has sustained mole damage

We have a mole digging tunnels in our front yard. We have tied everything to get rid of it like, smoke bombs, mole traps, filling the tunnels with holes, and called someone to put poison in the holes that it has dug. PLEASE HELP US WITH A SOLUTION!!!!!! Jesse M.

I think that there may be a mole that is digging tunnels in my lawn. I do not have big mounds but small trails and small holes and openings. I have tried the mole repellants and some mole worm which the local Home Repair Center sells but it is not going away. I would like to know if someone can come and look at the lawn. Nathan R.

I have yard damage and believe that it is being caused by moles and gophers. My backyard in particular has a fan shaped area that has slightly raised areas where something has been eating. I have seen the grass move and hear gnawing noise. My wife has seen what looks like a gopher peek out once. The other damage is volcano shaped dirt mounds that I have been told by local longtime residents are the result of moles. I have used a product called Mole Go which is 100% castor oil. In Chesapeake, Virginia skunk problems are common

Chesapeake, Virginia homeowners want to get rid of skunks and their smell



There is a family of skunks (6 total) living in our block. They are disturbing neighbors of 4-6 houses because they are out in yards in middle of day. Skunks are quite unafraid of people, walking right up on decks and up to porch doors. Local trappers have not returned calls, we are getting desperate!! Kimberly A.

There is a Skunk living under the front porch of my house. There is a concrete slab and the skunk is leaving under it. I called animal control and they set up a live trap in front of the hole - unfortunately this doesn't seem to be working. The spraying smell of the skunk is horrible and it is making my entire house smell. Wendy B.

We seem to have skunks living under our front porch. Our neighbors have seen a skunk going under the porch on various occasions always during the day. We sometimes smell a strong skunk odor at night. I have found many of those cone shaped holes in our front yard. I have also noticed a skunk walking around our front at night. Also from time to time, our trash cans are knocked over. Michele H.
