Raccoon Removal in Scottsdale, AZ
We frequently receive requests from people in Scottsdale who have unwanted wildlife on their property. For example:
For the better part of the past month, we've had raccoons living between our roof, and ceiling. The house is a two story, the roof, for the most part, is on an angle. I have had two different companies come out to try and remedy the situation, but neither even got up on the roof to examine the situation. I'm very frustrated, as the animals make a tremendous amount of noise at night. The first company set traps in our back yard, not even knowing, for sure, if this was the access point. The second company gave me animal scents to put near the hole in the stucco (on the roof) in which the raccoons are gaining access. Again, though, the company didn't even go up on the roof. Unfortunately, the hole that the raccoons made is quite small, so it's very hard to gain access too, as it is also under a small eave. I'm looking for someone to come out, check out the situation first hand, and take a more aggressive approach in removing these animals. Mike K.
We have recently noticed noises coming from our attic and think it might be a raccoon. We typically start hearing the noises around 10pm every night when our dogs start barking like crazy. We found some venting pulled away from the house so we blocked it with a piece of wood to stop the raccoon from getting back in, but we are still hearing it. We don't have a chimney or any other noticeable holes so we do not know what to do. We saw poop in the attic, but no raccoon when we checked during the day, but every night we hear it above our bedroom scurrying around. Nikki N.
As professional wildlife removal operators, we can solve all these problems and more. We offer custom solutions to meet our customers' needs.
We solve many types of wildlife control conflicts in
Scottsdale and surrounding areas. Give us a call if you need expert animal removal and/or live wildlife trapping.
We can also perform an inspection of your property to evaluate the problem.
Many of the projects we solve involve raccoon families in attics and chimneys, mud swallow nests on stucco, woodpeckers drilling siding, voles and gophers destroying lawns, rats or squirrels thumping and bumping around inside walls and in attics, bat infestations, skunks stealing pet food and snakes living in crawlspaces and stone walls.
Along with physical damage and disease, wild animals also bring along disturbance and nuisance with all their noise and commotion and smell. Baby raccoons chirp and chitter like little birds; raccoons and rats will fight all night and keep people awake; skunk smell takes the cake, but have you ever smelled a dead animal in your ventilation system? We have seen much, much more than these problems, but that is a general idea of the kinds of problems that my professional wildlife removal operators and I are prepared to solve.
Not only do my technicians and I trap and remove problem wild animals, we do a lot of other dirty work, too. Don't hesitate to call us for dead animal removal, pigeon waste cleanup, bat guano removal, mouse droppings, decontamination, repairs, above ground and below ground rodent slick fencing, odor control for skunk spray, and the like. We are a full service pest control company with a wide range of animal control solutions.
I have been in the professional wildlife control business for many years. My favorite stories and experiences are removing bats from schools and churches.
For pigeon and bird control, bat removal, or relief from other pest animals, call our wildlife management experts. Many nuisance wildlife companies offer critter capture and control; our wildlife operators provide professional pest wild animal management. We remove the following AND MORE:

Snake Removal in Scottsdale, Arizona
Scottsdale residents express concern about snakes:
We moved into this home last year and found out that we have snake living in our back yard. Initially we found big holes in the ground and wondered what they were, and then we saw snakes on the ground while cutting grass. We have kids in the house and they play in the yard all the time. We need someones help and advice. Ravi P.
I saw two large snakes today on our back patio. We have a lot of shrubbery and flower beds etc. And I do not like the idea of having the snakes hiding in them. I know they are not poisonous but have two children and do not want to worry about snake bites. Can you suggest how to remove them or trap them? Susan M.
I lost a dog a few months ago due to a snake bite. Rattlesnake we presume because of the tissue necrosis. I just took my two lab puppies to the emergency vet with two rattlesnake bites. I never saw this much poop before I sealed around my home with gravel and some cement. I wonder if the labs were lying against the home where the air conditioner lines come out through the wall and it's cool and shady there. One snake bite was in the paw and the other in the face. With the amount of scat under the house I think I may have trapped the snake in but wanted to know how to get rid of the snake. Katie D.
