This left picture is of the pipes at the local Aquatic Center where owls had nested. I was called in to assist with the exclusion of that area. While there, we found 6 eggs which we turned them over to a wildlife center and they hatched. This project was very rewarding because it was a win for everyone. The owl mother had to relocate, but at least she will be safe and the Aquatic Center can continue to function as it should.

The above pictures show a project I recently did for a local daycare center. Rabbits kept getting inside the fence and feces were everywhere.

Of course you can't have that kind of a mess at a daycare where there are little children who put all sorts of things into their mouths. The daycare needed a permanent solution to this problem.

In order to provide a lasting solution, I ran fencing around the perimeter of the play area. I made sure the yard could still be funtional, the gate swings just fine, and the daycare can operate normally. The rabbits will no longer be able to get inside. The daycare operators, the parents, and the kids are all happy and safe from rabbit droppings.

I recently received a call to retrieve a bobcat mother with two kittens living in the roof of a home. In this picture, one of our wildlife removal experts, Seth, is inspecting the cubby hole for the kittens.

We were unable to reach the kittens, so we decided with the property owners to allow the mother to raise the kittens there. After she moved on, we did exclusion work on the cubby hole to prevent future problems.

Wild animals on your property can damage vegetation and structures and reduce property value. In your walls, in your attic, or on your roof wild animals can keep you up at night and their urine and droppings create a horrific smell. We resolve many types of wildlife control conflicts in Maricopa County and surrounding areas. Give me a call if you need expert animal removal and/or live wildlife trapping. We can also perform an inspection of your property to evaluate the problem.

The situations we resolve and main trapping and removal services we provide are: raccoon families in attics and chimneys, woodpeckers drilling siding. mud swallow nests on stucco, rats or squirrels thumping and bumping around inside walls and in attics, voles and gophers destroying lawns, skunks stealing pet food, bat infestations, and snakes living in crawlspaces and stone walls.

Along with physical damage and disease, wild animals also bring along disturbance and nuisance with all their commotion and smell. Raccoons and rats will fight all night and keep people awake; baby raccoons chirp and chitter like little birds; skunk smell takes the cake, but have you ever smelled a dead animal in your ventilation system? We have seen much, much more than these problems, but that is a general idea of the kinds of problems that I and my professional wildlife removal operators are prepared to solve.

Not only do my technicians and I trap and remove problem wild animals, we do a lot of other dirty work, too. Don’t hesitate to call us for dead animal removal, bat guano cleanup, pigeon waste removal, mouse dropping cleanup, decontamination, repairs, above ground and below ground rodent slick fencing, odor control for skunk spray, and the like. Bats in attic in Maricopa County, Arizona

Maricopa County residents seek bat removal

My husband and I just purchased a home in Glendale, AZ. After moving in we went into the attic....it's bat infested. We can't even go up their because it smells so bad and you can here scratching at night. We don't want to close the holes and trap them in their. We are prepared to gut the attic but need some initial help to get the bats out and the house sealed so they don't come back. Terry F.

I believe I have a bat living on my deck. I have never seen this bat but I continue to find droppings clustered on the corner of my deck. They are found only when it is warm outside (summer months) and I have set out mouse/rat traps and have had no success. The droppings are also found higher up along the walls but still in the same area so I believe it's a bat. I have two small children at home and would like to have the bat removed. Ken H.

These bat problems can all be addressed by a professional wildlife control operator. We have never yet encountered a wildlife control problem that we were unable to solve.
