Chandler Residents Seek Raccoon Removal
These are raccoon removal needs we service daily:
I am living in Chandler, AZ and am having some raccoon problems. There has been one or two raccoons roaming around my yard and my neighbors yard. It is a pretty big raccoon and have recently heard that its starting to be a big problem in the area. I just saw one today walking up to the steps. And it is pretty big. Please help. Scott G.
I have been notified by my neighbors that there is a raccoon on my roof. I went out this evening near dusk when I too noticed a raccoon hanging on my roof. It has know been a few days with this raccoon being spotted. My roof is quite high with very little tree cover so I'm not sure how it got up there or how it will get down. Moth Balls have been placed in the attic so I'm not sure if that will deter the raccoon from making it a home. Janis B.
We have raccoons inside our chimney. I went up yesterday to adjust our swamp cooler hose. As I passed our chimney I looked inside and about jumped off the roof as a raccoon was staring me in the eye. Fred S.
We solve many types of wildlife control conflicts in
Chandler and surrounding areas. Give us a call if you need expert animal removal and/or live wildlife trapping.
We can also perform an inspection of your property to evaluate the problem.
Many of the projects we solve involve raccoon families in attics and chimneys, mud swallow nests on stucco, woodpeckers drilling siding, voles and gophers destroying lawns, rats or squirrels thumping and bumping around inside walls and in attics, bat infestations, skunks stealing pet food and snakes living in crawlspaces and stone walls.
Along with physical damage and disease, wild animals also bring along disturbance and nuisance with all their noise and commotion and smell. Baby raccoons chirp and chitter like little birds; raccoons and rats will fight all night and keep people awake; skunk smell takes the cake, but have you ever smelled a dead animal in your ventilation system? We have seen much, much more than these problems, but that is a general idea of the kinds of problems that my professional wildlife removal operators and I are prepared to solve.
Not only do my technicians and I trap and remove problem wild animals, we do a lot of other dirty work, too. Don't hesitate to call us for dead animal removal, pigeon waste cleanup, bat guano removal, mouse droppings, decontamination, repairs, above ground and below ground rodent slick fencing, odor control for skunk spray, and the like. We are a full service pest control company with a wide range of animal control solutions.
I have been in the professional wildlife control business for many years. My favorite stories and experiences are removing bats from schools and churches.

Woodpeckers Making Holes in Chandler Homes
Chandler residents seek solution to Woodpecker damage.
We have several holes on the side of our house that were drilled by wood peckers. A few weeks ago there was a bird's nest in the hole, I am not sure if the birds are still residing in the nest or if they have left. We would like the bird's nest and the birds removed from the holes in our house and we would like our attic checked for other animals that may have gained access through the holes. In addition we have a hornet or wasp nest under the eave of our house that we would like removed.
