Residents of Bear Lake, Idaho Want Raccoon Removal
Residents of Bear Lake, Idaho express concern over raccoon problems:
I believe I have a raccoon in the attic. I had a similar issue last year. It is my feeling they enter / exit through a large attic vent on the roof as I was able to photograph them last year doing that. There is no interior access to the attic. Chuck G.
Raccoons in attic. Holes in soffits. Clean-up and replacement of insulation needed. Our backyard backs up to a small lake. Chimney is already capped. One larger tree in front of building. 2nd floor deck with holes in soffit where raccoons are seen going in and out. Some staining coming through ceiling where raccoons have nested and are urinating/defecating. Robert H.
We have at least one raccoon entering my attic space through an attic roof vent. There is a bent hardware mesh under one of the vent caps and presents the most likely entry and is close a vertical 2X brace that I saw one animal descending into the attic. We can hear it entering or leaving at night and in the morning on occasion and as I said I have spotted one in the attic once. Larry H.
We solve many types of wildlife control conflicts in
Bear Lake and surrounding areas. Give us a call if you need expert animal removal and/or live wildlife trapping.
We can also perform an inspection of your property to evaluate the problem.
Many of the projects we solve involve
raccoon families in attics and chimneys,
mud swallow nests on stucco,
woodpeckers drilling siding,
voles and gophers destroying lawns,
rats or squirrels thumping and bumping around inside walls and in attics,
skunks stealing pet food
and snakes living in crawlspaces and stone walls.
Along with physical damage and disease, wild animals also bring along disturbance and nuisance with all their noise and
commotion and smell. Baby raccoons chirp and chitter like little birds; raccoons and rats will fight all night and keep people awake;
skunk smell takes the cake, but have you ever smelled a dead animal in your ventilation system?
We have seen much, much more than these problems, but that is a general idea of the kinds of problems that my professional wildlife
removal operators and I are prepared to solve.
Not only do my technicians and I trap and remove problem wild animals,
we do a lot of other dirty work, too.
Don't hesitate to call us for dead animal removal,
pigeon waste cleanup, bat guano removal, mouse droppings,
decontamination, repairs, above ground and below ground rodent slick fencing,
odor control for skunk spray,
and the like. We are a full service pest control company with a wide range of animal control solutions.
I have been in the professional wildlife control business for many years.
My favorite stories and experiences are removing bats from schools and churches.

Woodpeckers Rattle Bear Lake, Idaho
Bear Lake, Idaho residents are concerned about woodpecker problems:
We have been hearing a rat-a-tat sound coming from our roof for the last 2 or so months (sounds like a jack hammer!) Every time we went outside to see what it was, the noise stopped. Then one day my husband went out and say a bird fly off. Then our neighbors said they saw it and it was a woodpecker. Our roof is NOT wood. It happens usually always in the mornings from 7-10 am. What can we do about this? Diane H.
A woodpecker has made a nest inside the back wall of my home. I have a painted wood trim piece and he's made a hole and when inside continues to tap on the inside walls of the house, not sure how long the drywall can hold up to the pecking. The hole he has made outside is about 14 foot up from the ground. Jim H.
Woodpecker is causing damage to the side of my house that can only be reached by a very long ladder. David S.
