People Call Professionals in to Deal with Rat Problems in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania
Residents in Allegheny County want to get rid of rats.
We've been living with rats for years. They are in our attic, walls and garage. I’ve probably killed 40 or 50 over the years, using snap traps, glue paper & the Rat Zapper 2000. I haven’t used any poisons, because I have two dogs and one cat. Keeping my pets alive is more important to me than getting rid of the rats. However, I’m at my wit’s end over those darn rodents! The latest problem is that they seem to have urinated so much above one of our bathrooms that the smell has seeped through the ceiling, causing a constant nauseating stench. I would like to have that problem repaired, the rats removed and their entrances sealed up. I do not care whether the rats are captured humanely or killed. My only concern is that whatever method is used be completely safe for my pets and family. John A.
There are rats in my crawl space under my house and they have come into the house. Not sure if more than one but evidence of eaten food and droppings. Help me get them out. Wendy S.
I think there are rats (maybe mice) behind my shower. It is along a wall that abuts my neighbor’s yard which has several fruit trees that he never harvests. I want them to go away but don't want to use chemicals if at all possible. Can you help? Allison W.

The situations we resolve and main trapping and removal services we provide are: raccoon families in attics and chimneys,

voles and gophers destroying lawns, skunks stealing pet food, bat infestations, and snakes living in crawlspaces and stone walls.
Along with physical damage and disease, wild animals also bring along disturbance and nuisance with all their commotion and smell.
Raccoons and rats will fight all night and keep people awake; baby raccoons chirp and chitter like little birds;

Allegheny County Wild Animal Control News, Stories, Events and Alerts
Allegheny County, Pennsylvania has skunk problems
Residents in Allegheny County want solutions to skunks and their smell.
Last night @ 3am I was awakened by "noises". I got up to investigate. The noises were coming from under our front porch---I began to smell SKUNK!!! By the time I went outside to check things out it was clear that there was a fight going on and that someone had sprayed under the porch. I proceeded to turn on our garden hose and saturate the entire porch until I saw one skunk emerge out from under our porch. We have been placing mothballs around and under our porch and deck to discourage them from nesting under it. Additionally, we have been working to control our rodent problem and have monthly treatments for fleas, silverfish, ants etc... We have a problem with a skunk spray under our porch (cedar) and therefore we have a skunk problem. We began to notice the holes you describe being dug in the yard mid-summer last year. Candace B.
We just moved into a new house and our dogs have been trying to get at something under the house for a few weeks now. Well, this morning they found it. A skunk's nest and both got sprayed badly. We read about the hydrogen peroxide, baking soda, and soap mix and it seemed to clean them up pretty good. We've caged our dogs until after we get home from work. Mark H.
Skunk was seen at night going into a little burrow, next to the foundation of the front porch. Grant E.
