Bats a Common Problem in Brown County, Wisconsin

Green Bay Residents Want Control and Removal of Bats

We frequently receive requests from people in Green Bay, WI who have unwanted bats on their property. For example:

I think the home has had bats for many years. I have tried to close off all the entrance points, but still have them in the attic. They seem to make noise in the winter when there is a large temperature change. I have been told it is better than having them roust in the attic in the summer. I counted 46 bats leaving a small gap between my chimney and house last night. I inspected the attic and so far none of them are inside. The gap is attic height about 20 feet about the ground. I would like to eliminate the bats and any babies that stay there all the time. Linda P.
