Mice Cause Problems in Wicomico County, Maryland

People want mice out of their homes.

Last several weeks we noticed mouse activity inside the House and in the Garage, we caught so far 3 (on sticky mouse pads). Today I noticed one more. We appear to be outnumbered. I want them ALL gone. Kathy T.

Help!! I have mice. Major mice. I have so many mice they keep me up at night because they have gotten into my walls. I have 3 dogs & 4 cats, and still I have mice. Please help. Maureen L.

Hello. We just bought a home. The home is from 2001, and is in pretty good condition. We got the carpets cleaned and have been cleaning, but still notice a smell. I notice it more than my husband, but I have heard that women have different smell receptors. He thinks I'm crazy. We need to live in this home until we can build our own cabin on the property. But, I am concerned about the build up of mouse urine and feces in the walls, etc. I did hear an animal in the wall once so far, while I was there cleaning. We have not fully moved in though. The previous owner had a board leaning against the access underneath the home, so small animals could easily move in and out. We have secured that, and we are thinking of putting traps inside the crawl space, to get the remaining animals. Although, I would prefer not to kill or poison them. But, the biggest concern here is getting rid of the contaminated areas in the insulation (which I can almost guarantee there are), and mouse-proofing the home to avoid this happening again. I am a student and work part time, so we have to be frugal, but our health is a concern with those excretions. Ellen P.
