Swallows Make for Angry Residents in Adams County, Colorado

Swallow problems frustrate Adams County residents:

We have a sparrow's nest in a third floor dryer vent. We would like the nest removed humanely and the vent fitted with a preventative screen. Donna S.

We have swallow mud nests all around our new home. We need to find out when the swallows will be gone so we can have these professionally removed. Please help. Thanks Julie M.

We live on the second floor of a condo complex. We have barn swallow nest that is on the support beam of the balcony. It was just being built at the beginning of June. I didn't think there would be much of a nest, but two hatchings of young ones has built up a rather large pile of bird waste underneath the nest. I have done research and realized what my limitations would be... I'm not prepared to decontaminate or remove the nest, let alone, deal with the waste that is accumulating beneath. I would love to know the price range for a job like this. Something needs to be done, if not by me then by the management company. Erica P.

Animals In The Attic LLC #4867 removes all sorts of wild animals and birds from residential and commercial properties, including bats, snakes, pigeons, skunks, raccoons, swallows, woodpeckers, voles, beavers, and rodents of every kind. Wild animals on your property can damage vegetation and structures and reduce property value. They also bring disease and a host of insect pests with them, which can adversely affect you, your family, and your pets. In your walls, in your attic, or on your roof wild animals can keep you up at night and their urine and droppings create a horrific smell. After my technicians and I perform wild animal removal, we can provide cleanup, sanitization, and deodorization to help restore your property; we can also provide exclusion services to keep your wildlife problem from recurring. Whether the problem is a colony of bats in a building, raccoons in the attic, or destructive behaviors of critters such as squirrels, gophers and pigeons, we can solve it.

We resolve many types of wildlife control conflicts in Adams County and surrounding areas. Give me a call if you need expert animal removal and/or live wildlife trapping. We can also perform an inspection of your property to evaluate the problem.

The situations we resolve and main trapping and removal services we provide are: raccoon families in attics and chimneys, woodpeckers drilling siding. mud swallow nests on stucco, rats or squirrels thumping and bumping around inside walls and in attics, voles and gophers destroying lawns, skunks stealing pet food, bat infestations, and snakes living in crawlspaces and stone walls.

Along with physical damage and disease, wild animals also bring along disturbance and nuisance with all their commotion and smell. Raccoons and rats will fight all night and keep people awake; baby raccoons chirp and chitter like little birds; skunk smell takes the cake, but have you ever smelled a dead animal in your ventilation system? We have seen much, much more than these problems, but that is a general idea of the kinds of problems that I and my professional wildlife removal operators are prepared to solve.

Not only do my technicians and I trap and remove problem wild animals, we do a lot of other dirty work, too. Don’t hesitate to call us for dead animal removal, bat guano cleanup, pigeon waste removal, mouse dropping cleanup, decontamination, repairs, above ground and below ground rodent slick fencing, odor control for skunk spray, and the like. We are a full service pest control company with a wide range of animal control solutions.

For pigeon and bird control, bat removal, or relief from other pest animals, call our wildlife management experts. Many nuisance wildlife companies offer critter capture and control; our wildlife operators provide professional pest wild animal management. We remove the following AND MORE:

Raccoon Problems Bring out Angry Adams County, Colorado Homeowners

People need to get rid of raccoons in Adams County:

A neighbor had raccoons in the roof over her porch, she thought they were out and sealed it up. The raccoons then traveled several houses down and found a way out by ripping open the siding above my porch which is were they now reside. In between going back and forth with the city the raccoons have also made their homes in other neighbor's porch roofs. There is a house on the corner which is in need of major repair. The house has an enclosed porch and over the porch the raccoons have ripped a large hole and go in and out. The homeowner also has a window to the porch broken where raccoons go in and out. Neighbors have said that she leaves cat food around. The block captain, myself and several neighbors have gotten together and have agreed that we can try to get the entire block to get together and pay to have the raccoons removed and then all openings repaired/closed. I would appreciate any assistance you can offer and would like to schedule someone to come out. Ellen T.

Raccoons...I think they are in the crawl space under my house, although now I can't distinguish under the house or the attic. I have seen a raccoon, but I don't know where he went. Erica S.

I'm not completely sure what the animal is, but I think it is either a raccoon or a opossum living in my attic. I hear the creature walking and scratching around in the attic, usually around dusk and then again in the early hours of the morning. I think it is just one animal, though I can't get into my attic so I'm not completely sure about that. But I have been hearing it move about pretty much every day for about two weeks. I rent my house, and my landlords are out of the country, which is why I have delayed doing anything about it. But I'm concerned about diseases and such so I just need to go ahead and get it taken care of. Sarah M.
