Pigeons in Arapahoe County

People have problems with pigeons in Arapahoe County, Colorado

We had a new tile roof installed and now pigeons have been roosting and reproducing in the overhang ledge of the upstairs bedroom. We never had this problem until the tile roof was installed. How much to have the anti-bird/pigeon spikes installed and a wire mesh barrier installed so that access to the ledge is no longer there (ledge is easily accessible from the roof BUT the roofer told us that walking on the roof is not advised because of the fragile nature of the tiles).
