Raccoons are everywhere in Wixom, Michigan

The small masked creatures are causing quite a ruckus in Wixom, Michigan

My mom is seeing raccoons in her yard and believes that they are living under her house. They have caused some minor damage, but because they seem to show no fear my mom does not like to work in her yard now. I would like to get these removed from her yard ASAP. By the way, her next door neighbor leaves cat food out which seems to be the attraction.                    -Valorie U

A raccoon (possibly more than one) has crawled through a gap in the eaves of our roof and nested above our front porch. We\'ve just begun to notice the vinyl of the ceiling sagging.  We’re worried about further damage to the house and that the raccoon will have babies and the problem will grow.  We would like them removed as soon as possible.         -Kaylee T

I have 3 (maybe more) raccoons living in my big shed. My neighbors & I have seen 3 different sized raccoons on my porch eating crumbs from my cat’s food dish. None have been aggressive & the cats don\'t seem to care but I know they (the cats) could be in danger. The raccoons don\'t hiss when we startle them, they just walk away & I\'ve followed them to the door as well as a hole in the side of the shed. My daughters don\'t want me going in and emptying the shed so I\'m interested in having someone remove them.   -Ricky J

We solve many types of wildlife control conflicts in Wixom and surrounding areas. Give us a call if you need expert animal removal and/or live wildlife trapping. We can also perform an inspection of your property to evaluate the problem.

Many of the projects we solve involve raccoon families in attics and chimneys, mud swallow nests on stucco, woodpeckers drilling siding, voles and gophers destroying lawns, rats or squirrels thumping and bumping around inside walls and in attics, bat infestations, skunks stealing pet food and snakes living in crawlspaces and stone walls.

Along with physical damage and disease, wild animals also bring along disturbance and nuisance with all their noise and commotion and smell. Baby raccoons chirp and chitter like little birds; raccoons and rats will fight all night and keep people awake; skunk smell takes the cake, but have you ever smelled a dead animal in your ventilation system? We have seen much, much more than these problems, but that is a general idea of the kinds of problems that my professional wildlife removal operators and I are prepared to solve.

Not only do my technicians and I trap and remove problem wild animals, we do a lot of other dirty work, too. Don't hesitate to call us for dead animal removal, pigeon waste cleanup, bat guano removal, mouse droppings, decontamination, repairs, above ground and below ground rodent slick fencing, odor control for skunk spray, and the like. We are a full service pest control company with a wide range of animal control solutions.

I have been in the professional wildlife control business for many years. My favorite stories and experiences are removing bats from schools and churches.

Wixom Wild Animal Control News, Stories, Events and Alerts

The wildlife in Wixom, Michigan are driving residents mad

House owners (new and old) in Wixom, Michigan are on the verge of pulling out their hair because of all the trouble animals have been causing.

I just moved into this place and must not have taken a good look at it beforehand. After I moved in I noticed evidence of mice everywhere. I set up traps and haven\'t caught anything. I think the mice are gone but there are urine stains and droppings throughout the kitchen which is extremely unsanitary. My landlord is forcing me to clean up mice droppings and urine because he cannot do it properly. The mouse droppings and urine are in the kitchen which is fairly small (60 square feet roughly). There are hundreds of droppings underneath the baking tray in the oven. There are even mouse droppings and urine in all of the corners of the cupboards and drawers. There are more mouse droppings and urine stains behind where the drawers sit. I need an estimate so I can charge my landlord properly for cleaning up the last tenants mess.   -Fred Y

We have just sold our house and during the inspection they found bat droppings in both attics. I am looking for an estimate and timeframe. We need to have the droppings removed, areas disinfected, and see if they bats are still there and if they are have them removed and prevent them from reentering the home.               -Paul K

Hi! We recently moved into a house (about a month ago) in Wixom. There is an old abandoned brick pile that looked like a snake haven and sure enough, this weekend my husband spotted the back of a Rattlesnake in the pile of bricks. We identified it using pictures on the Internet and several photos and we are almost certain it is a Rattlesnake. We haven\'t had any problems or seen it other than this but we want the situation remedied as soon as possible.      -Kristie B
